The Perfect Protein Smoothie

Interested in trying a new protein smoothie to drink after your workout? Look no further! below is a recipe to my most recent (and favorite) protein smoothie! Enjoy :)



In a blender, mix together the following:


-1/4 cup of Bob's Red Mill Protein Powder

-1/3 cup of chopped banana

-1/4 cup of frozen blueberries

-1/2 cup of frozen strawberries

-1/2 cup of almond milk

-5 ice cubes

-1 tablespoon of chia seeds
